FULL SEND Tuning LLC (FST) tune agreement:  A very big part of tuning is done at WOT (Wide open throttle). It is an expectation of the customer not FST to ensure the vehicle is mechanically sound and ready to be driven under these conditions. Also, it is likely to develop or discover small issues during tuning. These issues will cause unreliable results in the tuning process, and pose a safety issue and can be dangerous to the engine. For these reasons they must be delt with or the tune process paused. FST will do mechanical and troubleshooting work for a rate of $90 per hour. All work is to be discussed with the customer before any work occurs. If your tune has to be stopped for safety reasons, and you opt to fix the issue yourself, you WILL BE 100% RESPOSABLE for the cost agreed upon at drop off, before the car will be returned. If your vehicle suffers a catastrophic failure in the control of FST, FST IS NOT RESPOSABLE. If tuning by E-mail we ARE NOT RESPOSABLE for any personal injury or legal issues you may suffer, we ask you conduct all logging in a safe controlled environment. Tunes must be completed within 30 days of deposit.
